Sundowner is the solo project of the Lawrence Arms guitarist and co/song writer Chris McCaughan. Given that they are one of my favorite bands, and that I prefer his songs over Brendan's, this is one of my favorite acoustic records of all time. Its not really groundbreaking or much different than his regular song writing, to be honest, it just sounds like acoustic Larry Arms songs, but thats completely OKAY in my book.
