Franny was an indie rock band from Long Island. They played in my small town in Upstate, NY when my first band in high school played our first show ever. We were all nervous and out of place and the only political and/or punk band on the show, and they were the only dudes from the other bands who were nice to us at all, and knew what sound we were going for. I wasn't familiar with their type of sound then, but now I'm super into a lot of what were their influences (The Weakerthans, Pedro The Lion, Weezer). At the time I just thought they sounded like Bright Eyes. Also, sorry I don't have any of the track names.Download
