Scouts Honor were a band from Peoria, IL. They used to tour with my friends in Fire When Ready back in the day. I happened to see them once in Ithaca, NY and then again in Bloomington, IN. They're really nice dudes, but couldn't seem to hold on to a solid line up. The amount and frequency of the line up changes was actually really impressive.
